This salon is amazing. The space is great — very clean and nice. Johnny gives the best cut/​color in the city. Highly recommended.

My stylist quit the business this past week and cancelled my appointment with him at the last minute. As sad as I was to see him go, I am SO SO SO happy to have been introduced to Ceara! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment and she was miraculously available when I needed her to be!
I loved how detailed she was when she was explaining what she was going to do for my hair. We discussed what I wanted («wow but natural red head») and then went over pricing; loved that there were no surprises there! After that she got to work and gave me the absolute BEST cut & color I’ve ever had!!! Red is NOT easy, especially making it look like it is the real deal, but Ceara knows her stuff!
On top of being a talented stylist, she has such an interesting life and was really easy to talk to, which is important when you’re going to spend 2+ hours with someone (I have a lot of hair)!

A friend recommended Brook (no E). Brook was a great hair stylist. She was super professional and knows what she’s doing. When I mentioned that I was getting married next May, she gave me really great (not annoying) unbiased advice for hair and makeup. I so appreciated that! She also offered me a great selection of beverages before we sat down. My cut cost $ 50 before tip. She also said that the salon doesn’t actually have a phone, and that the salon phone number is the owner’s phone number and that’s why it often goes unanswered. (Kind of annoying if you’re a first time customer) Therefore, she recommends calling your stylist’s cell phone directly if you can. Book online and far in advance ’cause this place is in high demand! And feel confident booking with Brook (no E).

Some things in life aren’t easy… I presume childbirth, designing parking garages, and the like, all fall into the same category of finding a new colorist when you relocate to a new city – these things are clearly not a cake-​walk! I found Bespoke and Johnny from his other Unilocal reviews, so I took a chance with a beloved formula and strolled on in to touch up my color. After a bit of trial and error (more trial than any irreversible error!), Johnny put in some serious time to make me look like my old self again – the naturally (faux) redhead that I’ve been for years! Needless to say, he went above and beyond to get the color and formula right for me and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thankfully I look less like Lady Gaga and more like happy ol’ me, ready and refreshed for a date night out with my hubs to explore our new city! MANY thanks for making certain I left happy, and even more, for making sure the color was right! I’ll be back for sure, and am so glad to have found such a good guy just a block from home! Thank you!!!

Ah, how do I count the ways… I love, love, love Johny and his salon. The space is gorgeous, but the man is a dream come true. I’ve been a loyal follower for too long to remember, but I guess it’s time to share the wealth.
Go here, let him do his thing, and you will not regret it!
Johny is a true artist without the attitude – I typically sit down, give him a vague suggestion or two, and walk out looking like more than a million dollars! Whether it’s a cut, color, or both, Bespoke is my place to get pretty and bliss out.

Loved my cut. Love love love the color. Quiet, competent, and professional. Johnny was great. No pushy sales pitch for product I don’t need. They even have a rotating art collection.
I especially like the online appointment booking. I didn’t even know there was such a thing. These computer things are amazing, aren’t they?

Johny is the best!!! I drive close to 25 mile to get to his salon and never went back disappointed! I love that the place is spacious and clean and great settings!

I’ve been having my hair done by Johny for about 5 years now, and although I’ve cheated on him a couple times, I just keep coming back. I love the location of this salon, and I’ve never had a bad cut or color. I’ve really come to appreciate the fact that I can book an appointment, then show up and say «I have no idea what to do with my [crappy unmanageable] hair, can you help?» and somehow or another, Johny is able to make it look like something out of the magazines. Great atmosphere, great style.

Johny’s the man. He is honest and willing to let you know what he thinks will look best for you. Best men’s cut in the city.
