Auto Tow & Recovery

These people are crooks! My 19 yr. old son had a flat tire a couple of Sat. ago during a snow storm after hitting a curb as well as wheel damage. The tow truck driver just happened to be driving past him and stopped to offer my son assistance. The driver never asked for his insurance info. just that he had insurance (shady). Then proceeded to tell my son that the car dealerships were not open due to the snow and he would have to store the car at their lot for the weekend (not true obviously being a Sat. afternoon). Long story shortened, they charged OVER $ 900 for the tow and storage fee which our insurance (State Farm) definitely questioned and held up the repair process for my sons car due to the alarmingly high charge. When my son and our insurance agent called this tow company several times to simply break down and question the charges. The lady in the office was rude, combative, ignorant, short and refused to explain the charges stating «everyone in this area knows the costs of a tow service» and that she didn’t have to explain. FOX 4 problem solvers HERE WE COME!!! You will be hearing from me and if I see the driver of this tow truck running around town, I’m going to slash his tires and hope he has to deal with someone equally as shitty to help him out. YOU SUCK, YOU F’ING CROOKS

I was stranded on I435 and John from Auto Tow heard the dispatch call and was there within minutes. He was so nice and offered his assistance! I will definitely use these guys next time! Real, kind hearted people!
