On 435 N, one of their drivers was whipping in and out of traffic. He then cut across two lanes of traffic to their exit while driving 10+ mph over the speed limit while towing a car. People driving work vehicles should realize they are a constant advertisement for their company.

My first and last experience with this«business» was awful. My boyfriend went to an awesome LOCAL brewery and parked in a lot that was directly across the street. Apparently the owner of Arrow Towing happens to own this parking lot. While inside of the brewery for just over an hour he comes out and his car and several others are gone. Upon looking around he finds a sign that says No Parking. The problem with these signs is that they are not placed in such a way that the average person would think that the signs pertained to that particular location. After calling the number on the sign the«lady» that answered the phone was very rude and condescending. Mind you, that while my boyfriend was upset he was being polite as you don’t want to irritate the person that is essentially holding his vehicle hostage. After a discussion he is told the driver will meet him at the QuickTrip parking lot(we called NKC police as this seemed very unusual, but the«company» does this daily) where the driver will deliver his car. We wait for about 45 mins for the driver to arrive and after the proper documentation is exchanged he hands the driver his credit card, and the driver gets in his truck to run the card, then comes back and says that they can’t take his card they need cash! Which he did not have as he doesn’t generally carry $ 370 cash on him. So he goes into the QuickTrip to get cash and finishes the exchange and we leave. We decided to drive by the brewery and check out the signs to see if maybe we looked wrong or missed something. As we drive by we see several cars parked in that lot and not two minutes later two trucks pull up and proceed to start to load up vehicles. I go in the brewery and tell the customers to hurry out there. One person was able to get his vehicle back for $ 125 before they fully loaded it on truck. The others were towed and basically told, «sorry about your luck». We stopped the people that paid the $ 125 and were told that the owner of the lot is the owner of the Tow company!!! Why I’m all for businesses making a profit I believe that they have placed their signs in such a way that people would have no clear idea that they are parked where they shouldn’t be. We went and took pictures of the signs and their locations and even with knowing the lot is private($ 370 later) they are not displayed in a way to where anyone would know not to park there. Mind you the signs say max fee is $ 250 and $ 35 per day storage. The company said that an extra $ 50 is added for«after hours» «service» Now the website says they are a 24hr business so I don’t t know how this applies but it does. When we drive by again there were an additional four people outside looking for their vehicles. It cant be possible that approximately 14 people could be confused as to the areas that are no parking. But this company has found a way to make $ 5200 in a matter of two hours. I sure hope that they are paying their drivers a large chunk of that money as I’m sure they are instructed to drive by there anytime they aren’t helping a stranded motorist and then create stranded people. If this is a business that people are supposed to trust to help them, their business ethics on this end are less than desirable. I will ensure that me, my friends, and any other person that I can convince will take their business to other companies that are not predators. Business practices like this, that take place in locations that are trying to be revived and grow are going to be the reason these LOCAL businesses have to close or go elsewhere. As I’m sure that even though it was not the brewery’s fault these cars were towed it’s going to leave a bad taste in the mouths of their customers and these people will not return. So I hope Arrow Towing takes pride in trying to quash LOCAL growth and development. Good job, jerks!
