Antioch Muffler & Brake

I paid money inside your place of business, that makes me a customer. Period. Not once, but twice, I had my scoot serviced at Antioch muffler and brake. It’s very insulting that you would say anything like that. It’s common in this industry (as I would assume you know) that sometimes small payments are paid in the shop area upon delivery of the vehicle. No matter if it’s a car, truck, scooter, or a child’s tricycle ! PK portrayed himself as a principal of the business, a person in charge, if you will. Instead of being mad at a customer, (yes, I said customer again, I paid there, that makes me a customer) perhaps you should have a talk with your employee /​family member about screwing folks around. Lots of people know how he did me, and from talking to your counter person, this isn’t the first time he’s taken someone for a ride ! I guess I’ll have to keep making known how unprofessional your business truly is … So sad that common decency and service is uncommon these days …
