Would have given 5 stars but there was only one vehicle ahead of mine and it took 30 min before they touched my car.

Just bought a brand new car a few days ago. After a day of rain, I brought it in to get it cleaned up. I ordered a hand wash, and they used brushes despite specifically telling them not to. Once they were done, I had massive scratches in my paint. There are multiple scratches that went through the clear coat and down to the metal of the car. It has yet to be resolved. I’m waiting to see if this company will take responsibility for the damage. After this experience, I’ll never trust another car wash with my car. I’ll stick to doing it myself. I’m so disappointed that my new car has been damaged. My heart dropped when I saw the scratches.
Aside from the damage, I’m not happy with how the situation was initially handled. The assistant manager gave me a card for a free car wash. A free car wash isn’t going to wash the scratches away. He then told me I had to come back the following day to speak with the manager. I asked him to do a write up on the damage before I left, and he refused. I stopped to call my husband and discuss the situation to seek advice. During my call, the workers locked up and started driving off! Now I have a $ 50,000 car with massive scratches in the paint and everyone has left within my 10 minute phone call. I had to flag down the assistant manager while he was leaving the parking lot as my husband was pulling in so they could talk about the damage. Again, the assistant manager told my husband there was nothing he could do and to come back at a later date to discuss it with the store manager. He also denied my husband of a formal write up of the damage as well.
I’m not happy about this situation at all.

The Staff is courteous and fast. They did a very good job on my car.
