Orland Park, IL
The Dentist and his dental hygienist are Great! I’m talking about the Orland Park office. The secretary on the other hand is the reason I hate coming here. She is so RUDE, sarcastic, cold, and unfriendly. She rolls her eyes at every question I ask her or replies with a rude and sarcastic offesive comment. I asked her does my insurance cover this. She said I don’t know I can’t memorize this whole book of policies, I have to look it up!!! The nerve… It is a shame that people make such a reflection on the business they work for. If you don’t appreciate people, and that you even have a job, stay home. I’m sure someone else will appreciate the job.
