History

Established in 2003.

Converging Networks Group, Inc. was founded on May 05, 2003 as an Avaya Business partner. The firm was founded my Jerry Kuntz, who previously had worked with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Avaya Inc. CNG was founded on the principles of excellent customer service, providing creative solutions to small and medium businesses, and doing so with the customer’s objectives in mind. CNG currently serves over 500+ Avaya IP Office System customers and has evolved into a respected converged technology solutions provider in the Chicagoland area.
