Horrible experience! Got to my car and noticed I had nail polish on 5 of my toes. sloppy work. Technician was rude, rough and very unprofessional. When she sat me down in the chair she filled tub up with ice cold water, I mentioned it to her and she said I came too late in the day for warm water (I went in at 2:30) after she sat me down she said I’ll be back. She came back 10 minutes later and said she had gone to eat (while I have my feet in ice water) Never ever going back!!!

Pretty bummed when I leave a place and the rhinestones fall off before I even leave the Parking lot. They were closed already so I didn’t go back in. The only plus side of this place is that they’re right inside the mall and open pretty late. I work In a gym and need my rhinestones to be secured on well. But when they’re falling off within an hour I have a problem. Convenient location, but otherwise? Not the hugest fan.

Overpriced, rushed & sloppy! Will not go back here again, the cost for services are way overpriced for the quality of service– which is nil. I should have stayed home & did it myself, at least it would’ve looked better! (I’ll just stick to my regular nail salon in town) My second time here, and the last time!!! I felt rushed & to top it off– sloppy work just so they can hurry up & do the next person! Not recommending this place at all! =(

Got my nails done. Gel, which was über expensive and Definitely not worth the money plus tip. The guy however did take his time, but still happened to have Weird shape nails that was not square shape. Looks nice far away though, Of course :/
Later in the day I felt the nail glue that was stuck to my skin above my real nail. (Don’t know how to explain) but it is super Sore!
I also did my eyebrows, and the lady did an amazing job.
I would definitely do my eyebrows here again. But never again my nails.

Jenny did acrylic nails with gel polish about 3 – 4 weeks ago. They’re still in really great shape! None of my nails are lifting up and they still look like I just got them done except them being grown out. I love her! If I didn’t move to the mainland I would continue to come here just to have her do my nails.

I always get my nails done here. Today jennie did my nails for the first time. And I love it. So far this is the best full set I’ve had here at this salon. You can tell that she loves what she do and she takes her time. Whenever you’re planning on getting your nails done go to this salon and ask for jennie. I give jennie a 5 star!

I don’t get my nails done very often, but when I do I expect to get my money’s worth. The last couple of times I’ve gone here, I’ve left very dissatisfied. I will not return. The manicure I got last night looks like a kid did it.

Le’s Nail Studio was great! As I had to be at the mall early for a car service, I was pleased to find that they were open before the mall open time of 10 am. Le took care of me. The shop wad clean and bright, and had a wide variety of nail colors to choose from. I couldn’t tell you if the colors are current or fashionable, as that doesn’t much matter to me. I selected a color that I liked and we got started. Le took great care of my feet, giving extra care to the got and leg rub. Although I didn’t need anything special, my nails came out looking clean and professional. I am thrilled with the results! Although this ship is not close to home for me, I will stop here again when I’m in the neighborhood.

For a basic manicure you definitely pay more than the service and job you get. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted for my nails (I have a nice natural nail shape that I wanted to keep), she just started filing. She filed my thumb nail down til it was flat and didn’t round out the edges. I had to ask her to fix it and she did it reluctantly. Very stingy on the lotion. After I used the nail dryers my nails developed air bubbles and some started wrinkling in the corners. Place looks nice but the service and manicure were not on the same level. Total turn around time was around 30 minutes… much shorter than other places I’ve gone to and it shows in the manicure.
Update: just got a closer look at my nails and they are all unevenly shaped and lopsided. UGH

Haven’t been here for a very long time. Only went in for pedicure. Lucky thing that I walked in when I did because they were trying to get ahold of my husband since it was me, my MIL, and my 6 year old daughter wanted to get our nails done at the same time and call us when ready. Long story short, bit of a mix up, my husband spoke up, and the nail techs accommodated especially to my MIL who just had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and is in a wheel chair. But the lady who did my feet was good, rushed, but good.

Had a great experience with my manicure, quick and cute! He even expressed how good the color looked! However, I really expected more with my pedi. I love my pedis! The guy I had seemed to rush with my massage portion. Also I’m not sure if it’s the shoes that I wear or what, but the nail polish on my toes seems to have a blackish tint towards the tips.

I came in for a pedicure and got the most wonderful treatment from Lisa. She engages in conversation and takes her time to beautify your toes. She even massages your legs. My toes were a complete mess. All torn from picking and I still had my old polish on. but now they are shiny and silky looking, it’s great. I also got a lip wax from Lisa, it literally took like 2 minutes. I definitely recommend Lisa for great customer service! :)

While wandering through the corridors of Windward Mall, I happened to stumble upon Le’s Nail Studio. With Mothers Day fast approaching, I decided to «treat yo self,» as they say. As I entered, there were four other women waiting and spotted a sign-​in sheet at the front desk. People waiting must be a good sign, right? I added my name and telephone number to the list and requested for them to call me when ready. After about 15 minutes of window shopping, I received a call and made my way back to the salon.
They have to be one of the largest salons I’ve visited. They seem to be well-​equipped with 8 adult massage chairs for pedicures, 2 Teddy Bear seats for keiki pedicures, and 12 stations for manicures.
Quality: I was not 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. My feet and hands are by no means decrepit and in need of a major overhaul, but I do like when manicurists show some effort and really get in there to remove my cuticles. I feel like the lady who worked on me today barely, pardon the pun, scratched the surface.
Polish: Overall, I was pleased with the work. I chose white with a pop of color and it turned out very classy-​looking. The nail art on my fingers and toes adds that extra pizzazz.
I’m not so pleased with the lack of clean lines on the borders of my nails (specifically the white polish). It just looks sloppy and hastily done upon closer inspection.
Prices: About average. $ 40 for the manicure and pedicure and an extra $ 10 for the nail art on both my fingers and toes.
Service: The girls were very friendly, making small talk as the session progressed. The shop appeared to be well-​maintained.
Bottom line: The shop was clean, prices were fair, girls were nice. The overall quality of work was questionable, though. It’s a fun alternative while on the windward side of the island, but probably won’t hold a spot on my coveted list of favorite nail salons.

If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. But since I am obligated to give at least one, I will do it purely out of no option on my part.
This was my second time going to this salon since they have moved upstairs. My first time wasn’t so bad, I wasn’t thrilled about my nails but I wasn’t completely upset like I am now. I figured I’d give this place another go because the woman who serviced me, Mimi, was very kind the first time around. What a terrible misconception on my part…
I went to Mimi again. When she finished placing the acrylic and gel coating on my nails she immediately asked me to pay. I didn’t think much of it at the time — but now I should have told her to finish first so I could see the end result. It took an hour and a half for her to finish my nails because of the fact that she couldn’t understand how I wanted them done (even though I specifically explained it to her and even showed her a picture). When she finally understood what I wanted after wiping, repainting, and huffing a few times — It of course turned out… Well, terrible! My fingers and nails had a multitude of smeared nail polishes stuck to it. Did she even bother to clean it off? No, of course not.
The nail polish was sloppy and rushed through as if she had somewhere else to be — AND APPARENTLY she did. After finishing up my polish she took me to the dryer, turned it on without another word, and from what I understood went to take a break because she needed to buy her vegetables from the farmer’s market. Okay? Awesome customer service there! I felt a bit bad at first because when she asked me to pay I didn’t tip her. I wanted to wait till the end because I assumed my nails were going to look pretty nice and I wanted to thank her in a more polite and personal manner. Well, since she left and did such a «WONDERFUL» job I decided that waiting for her to return (so that I may tip her) wasn’t going to be necessary.
To no surprise by the time I got home the nail polish had ALREADY scuffed off onto my door handle when getting out of my car. She told me to dry twice under the dryer and that is what I did. Sighhhhhh! I didn’t even want to bother going back for them to fix it. I wiped all of the caked on nail polish off of my nails, hands, and fingers then redid the polish myself. I defiantly learned my lesson and am NEVER going back to Le’s Nail Studio.

This place is really all over the place. It is a hit or miss every time I try to come here to get my eyebrows done. First time I went I loved it, then I went a couple more times and it was just so so. Today I went and the lady was really rough and looked annoyed as if she was doing my eye brows for free. When you go to the back they even make you sign an agreement that you pretty much won’t sue the place if you get a bad reaction to the wax (weird), but whatever I went ahead and did it. I also find eyebrows waxing expensive here. I only come here when I’m at the mall and I really want to get them done.

My sister, 3 year old niece and I got simple mani/​pedis here and were pleased with the service and product for the price. The kids chair with DVD was so cute and my niece had a wonderful time. The staff was really good with her. It wasn’t fancy, but definitely conveiniant since it is in the mall… grabbed lunch, got pampered here and then shopped.

Steve is THE BEST here. I always see him when my nails need a little work. He’s so careful and meticulous with his nail art. He won’t rush, always asks to make sure I’m happy with his work before moving on, and won’t force any conversation if you don’t want to chat. He’s very friendly. Also, if you’re a cuticle freak and have sensitive cuticles like I do, he’ll be very gentle and not take off too much like other technicians do. If you want amazing nail art, especially any glitter fades, he is the guy to see. 5 stars for Steve! Call to make sure he’s working before you go in! You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst service ever. When I walked in one of the associates act like she didn’t see me. I was passed off to two different associates. The entire process I felt like I was being rushed. My nails gel nails were uneven. The wrong color was placed on my nails. The demo was not the same as the actual color that was applied to my nails.
There were also bubbles on each top coat of each nail and the entire nail wasn’t painted. The worst I have ever experienced. Bad customer service and overall bad job!!!

I don’t consider myself a girly girl. My mom wasn’t into make up, pierced ears, or nail polish. However, my girlfriends are quite feminine, so, giving in to peer pressure, I learned about these things.
It’s kind of a strange concept. .A pedicure is a rather invasive procedure when you really think about it. At work, some nurses refuse to trim patients’ nails because of the liability. At a salon, a customer is trusting a stranger with physical contact! Yikes! There is potential for infection, possible fungus, and… blood can happen! Yuk!
So…When I get a pedicure, it’s a major decision for me. But. .knowing that this upcoming weekend involves several gatherings that require bare feet, I had to give in and clean up my act!
I wear shoes at work, so most operators are fascinated with my soft skin. They don’t have to work so hard and reward me with an extra massage! Yes! That’s a welcome bonus for my plantar fasciitis!
I called the regular place that I go to, but it was late and they were closing up. I thought of the mall — wondering if this place would have mall hours. .I pass by many times and look to see if I know anyone in the chairs… never. So, I wandered in… and yes! They were open! Many people had the same idea, so I was fourth on the list. The time went by quickly as I have a hard time choosing a color. I don’t want it too dark nor too light. Yeah… I’m kinda like Goldilocks: it has to be just right!
I read the reviews while waiting. .not too good.
For me, the good things are the convenience (mall hours), the location (Windward Mall), and many chairs (less waiting). I lucked out and got the manager. The reviews said to ask for Lily, but she was busy.
Things were going alright until a customer complained about a cut. This was in the middle of my session. The manager had someone else try to deal with it, but eventually she put a towel over my feet and had to put the fire out herself. I don’t know what the solution was… it seemed to work out ok. They moved to the side and were professional about it.
The manager was really nice to me and tried to get me to have a manicure. .oh, no! My hands are so beat up from washing so much at work! She noticed that I had painted each finger nail a different color in search of the perfect color. She intuitively got the nail polish remover and cleaned up my fingers! She sweetly said next time… manicure! Hahaha!
I had a good experience and I hope other people don’t get discouraged from the spooky reviews with photographic evidence. Not all operators are bad. They are all independent and there’s a sign that says that if we have a problem, we should deal directly with that operator. Well, isn’t that applicable to every relationship we have? Just give them a chance. .The location and convenience is worth it!

I would like to say not everyone were horrible here but sadly, I’ve been here more than 8 times in a period of 3 years and every time it was a disappointment. Last one I went to was with a «Nancy».
Completely rude. It’s normal that nail salon place, Vietnamese ones to be specific, for you to get gel or whatever kind they offer. I completely explained what and how I wanted but she still kept on insisting and started giving attitude.
Most of the time I go here, they do the same, yank and pull on my hand like my bones don’t exist or something. Never bothered talking to me after that. One time I went with a group of 10 for a bridal party, 4 of us got a cut on our fingers or toes. They’re not careful enough and think we never feel nothing when they yank us or cut us.
Talking in their own language to each other is rude! I know it’s a whole language and cultural thing but you’re in America now, let alone have a business with Americans. I’ve been to many other Vietnamese nail salons and its a given that they have these traits but this place is just unbelievably ridiculous!
If you like this place then that’s good but I’m just sharing my opinion and experience with this place.
