Came to see them play Colorado on 2÷19÷16. Got to the ticket window, picked seating and was told gift card couldn’t be used tonight for anything as system was down. System sure was ok with my credit card. No compensation offered for inconvenience. This better not be a regular thing.

Great venue with amazing shows. This facility has gone through some major updates and continues to offer great family entertainment.

Even with the updates in recent years it still has that old barn feel. The staff that run the team and building get worse every year. The scoreboard in the arena looks terrible, way too big for the building. The concessions are awful and overpriced. The tickets for hockey games continue to rise despite dropping attendance.

Home of the Kalamazoo Wings(ECHL hockey team), Wings Stadium is a small arena in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The hockey games have a lot of action. But, more importantly, the beer is cold and, funny thing about ice arenas, the beer stays that way. And, at least on the night I saw the K-Wings defeat visiting Toledo Walleye, the beer was only $ 2. For Shock Top not just Bud Light. The crowd is a bit of a mix families, die-hard hockey fans, college students enjoying the cheap beer, and the casual viewers with friends or on a date. But the fans still get into the spirit. It’s not quite a Detroit Red Wings game, but on the west side of the state, it’s a decent choice to see some flying pucks and fist fights.

I went here for the first time a few months ago to see a Kalamazoo Wings game. The seating was very good, and you could see the game from most any vantage point in the arena. The concessions were pretty good as well, but during a game, they need to work out a better system to reduce lines. If you are a hockey fan, you will not be diappointed with this stadium. As a tip, I recommend parking across the street from the stadium in the free parking lot. The one that is closer that they charge you for takes forever to get out because the cars bottleneck coming out of the complex.

I’ve only been here a couple of times, the first was to see Godsmack and the second was to see Motely Crue. I really like the stadium because it is small and even when you are in the last row you can still see really well. For Godsmack I was front row which was sweet. For Motley Crue though I was like 3rd to last, but it was still really close. The problem I had though was not with the stadium necessarily but with the ventalation system. Motley Crue did pyro and had fog machines going the whole time, and none of the smoke cleared out at any point. I ended up leaving early because the fog was so thick. You couldn’t see the band, or even the crowd. It was terrible. I guess as long as they don’t use fog much though it wouldn’t be a problem.
