Ted Kiesling – State Farm Insurance Agent

Wish I could give LESS than one star… this office is the worst. Should have been tipped off by the totally unprofessional appearance of the office (a basement room in a dilapidated building, with dollar bills inexplicably thumbtacked to the ceiling) but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt.
I could ignore the high rates and bad coverage (that was my bad for not shopping around I guess) but they lost me as a customer when, after I totaled my car in a pileup, they not only failed to file a mini tort claim on my behalf but LIED to me about it (told me they had put it in, and that they would «call me if there were any issues!»). It was a pretty rude awakening when I had to call the other insurance company myself, AND no claim had been filed… annoying AND embarrassing (AND a lot of money at stake).
Bottom line: insurance is expensive and you spend a lot of money for it. THESE PEOPLE WORK FOR YOU, so they should WORK for YOU. This is not the experience you will get with Ted Kiesling… I would definitely go online. to one of the online brokers where you will not have to deal with any ‘human error’ or just lazy unprofessional folks not doing their job. Save your money and time!
