Established in 2008.

Since 2001, Richard Stewart worked exclusively with REO real estate. In 2008, the company was formed to help banks, government and credit unions dispose of their REO assets. Since then, REO Specialists llc has become the brokerage of choice for many high yield funds that purchase bulk NPN pools and liquidate the units. Our clients include: Wells Fargo, CitiMortgage, Onewest Bank, Ocwen, Veterans Administration, NCUA, US Marshal, US Bank and many more.
