I loved the original DVMs here but they go through them every few years now.
They are hard to get appointments for at popular times (Saturdays).
They have an OK pet portal with records and appointments.
They are not particularly inexpensive even for routine stuff like shots. Various of the docs. try with various effort to sell you more stuff. No different than most vets.
They treat the animals themselves very well.
I stayed with them long after I moved further away but recently I arrived there at their 15 minute cutoff time and they sent me packing — so since it was such a production to herd the cats there just to turn around, I decided they were not superior enough to the average vet to warrant the extra drive time anymore …

I really, really like this place. They put a lot of care into making sure you know THEY know they are treating your furry baby with the utmost care. Last year we got some funny test results from some blood work on our doxie. They called me immediately to redo the test to rule out cancer and lab error, all with care not to alarm me and without charging me for extra tests. My only constructive feedback is that they are definitely pricier than other vets.
