Its nice to find local places with decent menus that aren’t overpriced. Maggie’s was just that. Nothing fancy, very affordable. I love that they serve breakfast all day, but I was already planning on having breakfast for dinner(yes, I love breakfast!) so I went with the spicy chicken wrap and a side salad. It was ok, not fantastic. I love that it was slightly grilled. My coworker ordered the West Coast Ruben which looked amazing and was quite big. She actually only ate half and took the rest with her. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t notice the«specials board» before I ordered, or that the server didn’t tell us. But that’s probably my fault because its quite large over the cash register. I did like that the server used a tablet to take our order, I’ve never seen that before! All together, a solid place. I would probably do 3.5 stars, but I will round up to 4.

So happy this place is back! The girls taking care of us were absolutely wonderful and the breakfast stew was just as amazing as I remember. Definitely lives up to the old location and they did a great job making Maggie’s great again!

It’s not quite the same with the new location, but it’s still just as good as its always been and the prices are very fair compared to other restaurants that would serve the same quality of food. Its a little inconvenient due to being almost right in between Howard and Drake on Stadium, relative to where many people live. The Breakfast stew is still great the service is good.

Food was great! We had breakfast, and can’t complain at all about the food. The flavors were perfect, and the dining room is quiet and cute. I loved the WMU spirit! Unfortunately, service left a bit to be desired. We were the only table there and felt as though we had inconvenienced the employees by stopping in. Completely forgivable, though. I understand rough days. Thanks for the great breakfast.

Our breakfasts were good. We always love the homemade breads. But no guest wifi in 2015 is lame. You don’t always dine with someone and the 4G didn’t let me get books on iPad or anything like that.

Hands down one of the best breakfast places in Kalamazoo! You can get lunch items, but honestly breakfast is what you come for. The baked goods are delicious too. I highly recommend you try Maggie’s out!

If you are hung over and need any kind of food to help you sober up, I’m sure you will like Maggie’s. Otherwise, go to Sophia’s or Crow’s Nest. I went to Maggie’s 8÷17÷15 with my mom and it was terrible. She got some combination of eggs, bacon, toast, and hash browns. The bacon did not look crispy and she said it has a funny taste to it, as if it were rotten. The eggs and toast were okay. The hashbrowns were oily and undercooked. The waitress explained that they prepare them that way because some people don’t like them too crispy… yeah okay. I ordered some oatmeal and hashbrowns. My hashbrowns were also soft and palid. We should have known to walk out and eat somewhere else when I ordered the oatmeal though. The waitress brought over 2 packets of flavored oatmeal and asked which one I wanted. The microwaved oatmeal came with a tiny cup of what I am sure was store bought granola. No brown sugar, raisins, or nuts. The coffee was a light roast and was therefore weak. They do not offer any other roast. If I could give Maggie’s half a star, I would. It’s too bad that they have gone downhill since they moved to the new location. If you have any kind of standards for the food you eat, get breakfast elsewhere or make it at home. I guarantee it would be better.

Stopped in for a quick bite after waiting a long time at the Secretary of State. Awesome service! The girl that helped me was very nice. My food was prepared quickly and I was able to take it to go. I love that they have breakfast all day and they are open everyday! Snuggled right next to the Secretary of State and behind Biggby on stadium this is a place you want to stop into!

Fabulous breakfast and lunch spot. We’ve had all breakfast items. Yummy and huge portions. I let my 4 kids order, and I eat the leftovers. Highly recommend.

Been once and had take out once. Service is ehh, small and cramped seating. Had the stew and it was delicious. Huge portions, even bigger for take out.

Wonderful food that doesn’t make up for sloppy, indifferent service. We were ignored for 15 minutes until the manager noticed we still had menus. The waitress finally walked over, rolled her eyes and asked, «Well, do you know what you’d like?» She brought water for 3 out of 4 of us at the table, ignoring my son. No ice in any of them. I’ll be back… but it’ll be for takeout.

The food is delicious! The environment can’t be compared to any other breakfast/lunch places in Kalamazoo. Breakfast and lunch are served all day, with a large variety of dishes. Appeals to all crowds– the hungry college kid, the young syrup sticky kids with their ‘rents and those who remember Maggie’s from conception. Don’t forget to get one of their Maggie’s cookies when you check out at the counter!
