After realizing that I had locked my keys in my car this evening, I called the Lock Doc off of a recommendation from a family member. Mr. Phillips responded promptly (within 20 minutes) and quickly opened my car to free the keys! Having been through the exact same thing several other times in the past few years (what can I say, I’m easily distracted), I was very pleased with his professionalism and customer service.
