Horrible experience. Oh my word. Can I please get Italian on her slim? No that’s against our policy. Can I buy Italian dressing? No we have no packets or containers. Can I make make up a sub? No sorry, it’s just what’s up here. Do you have banana peppers? No sorry, just tomato peppers. Do you have pickles? Yes, do you want them quartered or sliced. Quartered please. Getting my 5 subs… They ask me to make sure that I got the right items. And they’re asking me all numbers. I said… I don’t know what your number mean. But where is my pickle? They respond… You didn’t pay for a pickle. AREYOUKIDDINGME? Never again. Bad service and hard bread equals lost customer.

Not capable of toasting a sub? Tuna was subpar. House music was loud rap. Temperature in restaurant was 60 °F. Management needs work!

Fresher and friendlier than Subway. Also, a great looking inside in a well kept building and clean. On top of all that, lots of sub options. My personal favorite is the #12 minus the sprouts and mayo; the avocado spread is a nice touch. My bf usually goes for the Slim 5. No healthy snack options though, though you can always get an «unwich», where the insides of the sub are wrapped in lettuce instead of bread.

It is Jimmy John’s so therefore delicious. It’s right downtown. It’s in a new nice clean building. What’s not to like?

The store is clean with a modern appearance. Seating is available but a bit cramped. The employees are friendly, fast and efficient. The subs are produced from fresh ingredients very quickly and are quite tasty and filling; unfortunately toasting the subs is not an option and choice of ingredients is not as wide as other establishments. The prices are on par with other such shops.
