My pool filter recently had a catastrophic breakdown leaving me with 4 broken pipes. I called Dave & he came over that afternoon & did the repairs the next day. He came in under the cost he quoted me & kept me upt to date with the repairs, as I wasn’t at home that day.

Dave is a «Class Act.» He installed my new PentAir IntelliFlow Pool Pump while working for his former employer. When the electrical connection failed, within the warranty timeframe, instead of saying «sorry, I no longer work there,» he came right out to my home, assessed the system, found the problem and fixed it on the spot!

Dave replaced my old single speed pool pump to a Pentair Intelliflo variable speed pump, installed a new time clock along with additional plumping and wiring. He is knowledgeable and experienced with the product we bought and installation; he used to be the service director at All Pool & Spa. In addition to providing information and tips on operation and maintenance, he also recommended electrical work we needed for our new setup — Dave had been to our house four times while we looked for an electrician to work concurrently with the pool pump replacement. Dave is professional, punctual, and reasonable. We will have him return to replace our saltwater system in the near future.

We have used Dave’s service once in the past and I knew if I ever had another issue I would be calling Dave again. Prompt, really easy to work with, fixed the problem, and also showed us some tips we never knew. We recently had an issue come up and called Dave and he addressed our questions — fixed a connection that was leaking (it was minor but we didn’t know it) –he could have charged some crazy fee — but didn’t even charge us for the simple fix. Then once again he advised us on a way to cut our operating costs as well as the noise level of running our spa. We are now trusting him to figure out a new system for us that will be quieter and more efficient…(he did not suggest it — or try to sell us equipment — we had made this decision before we called him). We feel very comfortable using Precision Pool and Spa… he will do well — he’s an honest person.

Dave replaced my spa heater today-​best service ever!!! He responded immediately to my service request; I had a new spa heater in a couple of days. The work was done efficiently and immaculately. I can honestly say it has been the best customer service I have experienced in the 12 years we have lived on Oahu.

Dave has been to my house four times. At the first visit, he gave us a quote — we weren’t ready at the time, so a couple months later, he came back and gave us a better quote. The third time, he met with our electrician to make sure he understood what was needed. The fourth visit resulted in our new pool pump and valve and a new heater! Next week, Dave will come over yet again to hook up the new system! This is fabulous service — prompt and efficient! We appreciate Dave’s patience and knowledge. Everything was explained well and is working as planned!
