A self-confessed over-achiever (a label friends and family confirm) Kimi grew up in South Florida working her way up the ladder at the local supermarket rather than lounging at the beach after school like most of her friends. When love and the promise of surf called, she headed cross-country, then across an ocean to find paradise. While the surf never caught on — perhaps because her first outing ended in a wipe-out that left her kissing coral — her heart immediately put down roots in the tradewinds and culture and lifestyle that Hawaii embodies. When raising her young son, she stepped out of the 9 – 5 world, preferring instead to found and run a successful day care business– not one that followed the status quo, but one with full curriculum, field trips, and standards of excellence. When friends and family turned to her to care for their personal homes, she jumped on-board, got her real estate license, and provided property management services. Now, with her son grown, she’s doing what she loves most — connecting people with the right home and the right opportunity.

My name is Kim, but everyone calls me «Kimi». I moved to Oahu when I was 20 and have been residing here ever since.
I believe in God, telling the truth, hard work, family, doing the right thing and living a life that I should never feel I need to hang my head in shame. I have one mantra, which is… «I will do my best to do the best for you.»
Kimi’s husband Doug says she goes the extra mile. Her clients say she goes as many miles as it takes, and then an extra one. «She’s a fire spirit that never stops. It was always Kimi to the rescue!» «Grounded, trustworthy and a real genuine person!»
