So just picked my car up today. This was my 3^rd and final use of faith. If you will notice 5 stars in my previous 2 visits but that was under different management (erik). Here’s the deal… originally I was quoted 1 week for repair and repaint front quater panel and buff passenger door. When I dropped off it became 2 week wait which wasn’t too big of a deal because my insurance covers a rental. So next issue… I stop 2 days before I pick up my car to take a look at vehicle to see because I realize when I pick up I’m not going to have alot of time to look the vehicle over and I have to return the rental so don’t want to have to leave the car again if something wasn’t done correctly. When I stop by to look at the vehicle the car had just been finished painting… car looked great but all parts were still removed to allow paint to dry (moulding, door seals, running boards etc) I was very satisfied with paint job. I assumed they would be washing the car off before I came to pick up. So fast forward 2 days to this morning… pick the car up and Rob walks me out to the vehicle… I notice right off the bat that vehicle has white chalky residue all over tire, running board and mud flap… I’m thinking to myself… wow they didn’t even take the time to wash vehicle down after a 1500 dollar job but I let it go. I get the vehicle home and notice several other things:
1. Mud flap is not aligned with body like on drivers side
2. Rubber seal that fits around window is hanging underneath rain guard over door
3. Moulding scratches that were supposed to be buffed out were still there… it appears they painted door but didn’t touch moulding
4. There were several hairline scratches that were on rear bumper and drivers door. I know this because I purposely detailed the car before dropping off so I would notice if anything out of place… I’m extremely meticulous
5. Vehicle was more dirty on inside than how I left it because they places all my parts a cross seat and dash when they were painting (noticed this the day I went by to check on it… again though I expected them to clean back after parts were attached)
6. There is some type of cloudy residue on drivers side in several areas that don’t appear to be rubbing off… it’s almost as if they sprayed something on the car next to mine and the wind blew against mine.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and sick
stomach…when you run a professional business that charges high prices like this the least you could do is trust car is in good hands… faith is not proper name for this establishment. I will not be bringing my car back here in the future.
update to this review… I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 because I worked with Rob to bring my car back to fix all the issues above and make it right. I gave them the opportunity and they didn’t let me down this time around. I’m now a satisfied customer!

Came here for a verbal quote. The only reason I chose to go here is because a few years back, the old owner (who still owns the property, but is now retired) did a fantastic job on the repair of my back bumper. Now that he is retired, Faith Collision rents this property. Not only did they give me an overpriced quote, but the new owner was not friendly at all. I would expect some good customer service considering I was a potential client. I miss the old owner!!! And I wouldn’t EVER come here for my car repairs based on my first visit alone.

Horrible customer service. They put a sticker back on when I specifically asked them not to. They then forgot to touch up a section, and it looks worse than it did before. Had I known they were going to do a poor job rushing through while I waited, I would’ve told them to forget it. It completely overshadowed the rest of the work. I’ve LOST my «faith» in them.

This place holds there reputation very well and is an outstanding business. My situation went like this tree fell on my car leaving it in really bad shape after a lil research decided to go here partly because they are usaa friendly. During this period usaa was extremely un helpful and they were also pushing to repair my car when it was definitely a total loss which was bad news for me due to the fact the repairs were looking to take 60+ days to repair and i was leaving the island soon not to mention they only were giving me a rental for a lil over a month. Long story short after lies and bull crap from usaa, faith determined it was a total loss they put the work in and kept in contact with me the whole time. Robert and Erick are two people i would trust 100% there is no bullshit with them take your car here. Shout out to faith thank you!

Faith came recommended from my insurance (USAA) and a local car service friend. Faith was excellent at communicating progress and did a wonderful repair job on the body damage (due to accident) of the vehicle. They had my car for about 4 weeks (due to having to wait for a part) and finished up the repairs a day earlier than scheduled, which was nice.
When I picked the car up and drove it to work that morning, I noticed two additional problems, which I can only assume was related to the accident I was in, since the car didn’t have those problems before. I went back the next morning to explain the problem and Erik was happy to take a look at the two problems and put me up in another rental car until they fixed it. Well, they solved one problem and came up with a «Band-​Aid solution» for the second one, without seeming to think of a way to solve the problem, even though he’d never heard of the problem before. Granted they are an auto-​body shop, but I would have preferred a recommendation to have it looked at further since they couldn’t fix it. I was talking to my coworker about the problem that still wasn’t fixed, and in a manner of minutes he came up with what he thought could cause the problem. We went to look at the car, and within 10 minutes he solved and fixed my problem.

Ok, I’m not that impressed. First, they *only* do USAA insurance work. No out of pocket. Even if they would take the work it is 3 months out. It’s good for them they have so much work, but, for any potential customers it’s a problem. Beyond those issues the interaction was not 5 star. Can’t rate the actual quality of work…

I received excellent service while getting my car fixed. This shop worked as quickly as possible to get my car back on the road. It needed almost $ 5k in repairs and parts. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. My husband and I also received regular updates on the phone about the status of the car.

What a great experience!
The saying «no job too big or too small» surely applies here. I was housesitting for a friend and using his car with his permission. Well, I did some minor damage to it (scraped the bumper on a high curb).
I took it to Faith Collission Center and Eric (the owner!) did a super touch up job the next day. I couldn’t believe how reasonable the charge was.
These folks are commited to customer service and it really shows. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do or a friend does, these folks will be the first on my list. Highly recommended.

Best body shop on the island. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They offer extremely fair pricing and there work goes above and beyond your expectations. I won’t trust anyone else with my vehicle.

This place is honestly amazing. They are so nice, the customer service is amazing and their quality of service is remarkable. My car was fixed really quickly and looks better than new. Very honest company and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Going above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to Eric and the incredible team at Faith Collision Center. I was rear ended and brought my truck to Faith (after excellent work they did on my wife’s car a few month earlier) for an insurance estimate. They immediately noticed rust damage (Honda Ridgeline doors — beware) and urged me to go immediately to my dealer for safety check on this problem. After weeks of negotiation with Honda («rustproof» warranty is worthless) Faith’s well deserved industry reputation for honesty & integrity helped me win the day and the dealer provided replacement doors .
Faith quoted on the rear damage and the door install with a paint job to blend everything… the work was much more comprehensive to fix the dings and scratches all around my truck (I’ve never claimed to be a good driver) but Faith insisted on doing it right and for the price quoted– despite the fact their perfectionism cost them days of extra work. The car looks amazing– they are magicians in the body shop and with paint !!
I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to hire a company that does work with pride and exceeds expectations. 6 STARS is probably not even enough!

The mark of a good company is one that cares about its customers. I initially had a communication problem with this company, but they worked super hard to resolve it and I was floored over how excellent their passion for customer service was. I would definitely recommend Faith Collision to others because they practice sound business ethics.

Good place, awesome customer service, fast, body repairs were really great and they even provided a license plate rack for my front bumper, I recommend this place to anyone for any body shop work.

It’s not very often that auto body repair is performed with as much pride and quality as it is at Faith’s Collision. The staff are extremely dignified and caring individuals who put effort into seeing your vehicle repaired to the highest standards, all the while working with insurance firms to provide fair prices and treatment.
My insurance company was untimely in its review of the police report and was unable to waive my deductible before Faith’s completed the job. However, the owner expertly demonstrated the fusion of humanity and business, and was able to work through the problem with trust. I now have my truck back on time, looking better than ever.
I am happy to recommend this business to any and all, regardless of your location on island.

This is the first time I have used Faith Collision Center. They did an outstanding job repairing my 2003 Toyota Highlander to make it look like a new car. The matching of paint color and blending the new paint with the original was done to perfection. There attention to detail is wonderful and my car was finished two days early. I am a USAA member and Faith Collision Center is a USAA recommended repair facility. Now I know why.

OUTSTANDING!!! I’m a bit of a skeptic when it comes to auto mechanics but Erik is trustworthy and knowledgable in this profession. In the grim light of my unfortunate car accident, he was energetic and easy to communicate with and extremely professional. He offered fair prices and honest advice because he truly cares and takes pride in his work. It is rare to find an auto shop with integrity like this one. I felt vey taken care of and the staff was super friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

Excellent Job!!! Had some extensive damage to truck. Truck is just like new (white Tacoma in pic). Very professional and highly recommend. Truck was done early even tho was during busy Holiday season. Will definitely use again.
