Building Specs Hawaii, LLC was started by owner Barry Wong and is proud be the top home inspection company on the island for over thirteen years! Our staff of inspectors has now grown to three besides Barry. Jesse Makainai, Richard Hirayasu, and Dustin Kalei complete our BSH Inspection Ohana. Our primary services include both residential and commercial inspections along with specialty services such as mold inspections and thermal imaging. We also offer same day, on-​site computerized reports presented on a Digital Customized burned CD, and a printed cover page along with Inspection summary notes.

As a multi-​inspector home inspection company, we are able to offer inspections 7 days a week to meet all of our client’s needs.
