West Coast Detailing

Brought my 2012 FJ Cruiser in for a detail. When we shipped the rig over on Horizon lines. When it arrived, it has ¼ inch of salt on the entire exterior, and the paint had tiny little specks of rust showing after we washed all the salt and grime off. There were also water spots galore, and I was bummed my baby was permanently disfigured.
West Coast came to the rescue. They did 5 big things: 1) Washed and detoxed the exterior. 2) Treated the tiny rust spots (they came out with a special treatment). 3) They removed all the water spots. 4) They waxed & polished with a special treatment. 5) They did the typical interior & exterior dressing on all the plastics. They had between two and three people working on the rig for the better part of 3.5 hours. It looks better today than when I took delivery of the rig from the dealer.

Great service, very knowledgeable about their products. Whatever they spray on my rims is bad a$$, love watching all the dirt and grease drip right off. Feels like I drive away in a brand new car every time I leave.

Came back to get my head lights restored. Omg they look so good and for such a good price, I priced around and they are cheaper then the other places that do them. Love this place. Will deff go back for more

Took my truck to get detailed and also have water spots removed honestly I didn’t think the water spots would be able to be remove because it was so bad but sure enough they got it all out and it looked like brand-​new I never thought I could see my truck look like this ever again definitely worth the price they also gave me some great tips on how to avoid water spots I definitely would recommend this place for details especially if you need to get water spots removed from your vehicle!
Also went back another day for safety inspection didn’t have to make an appointment it is first come first serve love that! All you have to do is sign in and wait your turn in line Service was fast friendly and very professional absolutely love the front desk girl!
I also must add one more thing one of the customers! Was very rude in dealing with her safety because she lacked the proper documentation/​paperwork for the safety inspection she got very rude started screaming profanities knocking things over on the desk acting like this all in front of her three-​year-​old child The front desk girl remained extremely professional and didn’t even blink once applause to her! So just an FYI people if you’re getting a safety inspection please have your proper documentation/​paperwork in order for the safety inspection to be completed this is state law there is nothing inspectors can do the law is the law and no one is above it!

I’m too lazy to clean my own car. Well not just that I actually can’t clean it myself it’s too dirty and filthy outside. I have dogs and my by big dog actually had scratched my car door a few times by jumping on it from outside so I brought it in to just for a simple wash and wax and they’ve noticed my scratches and offered to buffer and smooth out the scratches (had no idea it was possible) and after service I swear my car looked as if I just drove it off the lot. I’ve brought my car there at least three times and I’ve only had my car for a year. They detail the inside and vaccum all my chihuahua hair up along with the sand I bring in from the beach. With a deluxe Tbey removed most of my water spots specially on my window (very bad) MY CAR LOOKS GREAT AFTER EVERY SERVICE! I could never do it myself. They blow me away. I get excited every time getting back into my car. They do their best to fit me into their schedule and never half a$$. Well worth it :)
I also get my car serviced at Honda and every damn time they’re leaving water spots on my car. How shame! Nobody details my car besides west coast!

I have been to west coast detail for both a cleaning service and safety inspection. They did a decent job on the auto detail service however it was very overpriced and I waited for quite a long time.
Against my better judgement I went back for a safety inspection. This took three trips (no safety issues) where the front desk gal was consistently rude and again, I waited forever for a simple service. One trip I drove an hour and arrived 5 minutes after they stopped taking appointments (3:45pm), they wouldn’t even give me the time of day.

Did my 2013 white Range Rover… deluxe. They did the most amazing job and I am still elated by how great it looks. Couple spots missing inside however they still did a great job. The service was outstanding!

My car looks better now than it did when I bought it new. I got the deluxe detail and it was worth it.
