History

Established in 2012.

Dana and I have both been active throughout our lives, mainly surfing. When we discovered CrossFit back in 2011 it changed our lives and opened our eyes to how out of shape we actually were even though we both felt we were active people. As we got more into it we began to see the effect it had on people and the amazing community that surrounds it. We were hooked and we wanted to share it with others so we became certified and devoured everything we could on CrossFit and everything that surrounded it, ultimately opening CrossFit Pohaku.
