Service can be slow on some days, but it’s a good place if your short on cash or want an good old reliable meal. The building is only a few years old and is always clean.

Worse experience ever. Ordered a regular iced coffee at the drive thru and the lady that’s making it didn’t know to make it. She asked me question like if I like cream and type of iced coffee. Not to mention customer service wasn’t great, no smile and no saying thank you. After I got my coffee I tasted and it was super bitter, no sugar and most of the ice is gone. Went inside to get it fixed, John «manager in duty» didn’t even say sorry to me, all he did is grabbed my coffee, added sugar, and proceed to take the next customer in line. Restaurant wasn’t even busy cause there was only 4 other people that was dinning in. Not to mention the song that they were listening to in the kitchen had swearing. Ah I thought McDonald is a family restaurant? The coffee that John fixed still tasted horrible. To my disappointment I threw it away before I even walked out of the restaurant. I love McDonald and I get iced coffee from different places all the time, but I can promise you this, I will never come to this McDonald ever again.

Fun décor, clean bathrooms, and good customer service. Located in a newish shopping center area it was a nice respite for our family from over-​priced resort food.

I ordered a #4 with no pickles, extra onion. I opened the box to make sure it was correct. When I lifted the bread the bread tore a little bit and broke off. They had extra pickles in it. So I told them it was wrong. So I pulled into the waiting area. When they brought the burger out, I opened it to check it was the same sandwich hint the torn off peace of bread. Hello!!! what if someone was allergic and all you did was remove the pickles!!! Besides. I thought you guys had some kind of health policy that you had to make a new burger once it’s in the customers hands and you are not allowed to take exposed food back into the kitchen?

I had a Big Mac. It had Big Mac sauce on it. Very neat. We saw two homeless people being arrested outside it was an amazing experience. I don’t know if McDonald’s hired them for entertainment but I enjoyed it. Thank you.

Ah the holiday season… The only acceptable time to hire naïve teenagers who have never had a job. Not. Why does it take 5 minutes to make a $ 2 snack wrap and have the drive thru girls flirt and giggle with the fry cooks in the back? However… I do give props to my chicken being actually crispy and fresh.

After a few days of arriving in the Big Island, my husband was craving McDonald’s …luckily, this was the nearest one near Waikoloa (about 30 minutes away). I loved the Aloha sign that was above the entrance (only in Hawaii) and this particular location seems very new. It’s right near Target so after some shopping there you could eat here! Seems like an even amount of locals eat here as well as tourists :) You’ll enjoy your usual McDonalds good eats while Hawaiian music plays in background. OH! and the 2 flatscreen tv’s in the chair stool area! I must say that this fancy McDonalds’ overall atmosphere made our meal more enjoyable. :)
