Big Island Collision Center is thorough and fast! My car got vandalized in October and it was a mess. BICC handled my insurance claim and all of the details, ordered the parts and took care of everything — and I was out of the country at the time. When I returned it was all taken care of and it looked perfect and like new. Call them, you’ll be happy.

Repainted my car a different color while I was on vacation and it looks awesome. You can’t even tell it was ever silver.

The responsible’s insurance company did not have an adjuster on the island so Duane came down to meet me at my office and did the estimate. He submitted it to the responsible’s agency and they approved it with no problems. After they received the check and the parts arrived Duane came to get my car so I didn’t have to leave work. Then after the repair was done they called to say my car was ready and they could drop it off. Well since I was in the area we picked it up ourselves. I almost didn’t recognize it because it looks like a brand new car. The repair and paint job they did is a perfect match so you can’t even tell it was fixed. An added plus is that they washed it and cleaned the inside. With all the headaches dealing with the accident it was nice to have everything go so easily.
Hopefully you are not reading this because you are in an accident but if you are this is the company to go to. They will help make your life so much less stressful by their customer service and quality work. If you just need some repairs or a paint job on your car I’d highly recommend them as they do superior work in color matching and repair.

These guys are great! We send a lot of cars to Big Island Collision and they always come back looking better than ever! We had a brand new car that had some issues and these guys had it looking better than the factory paint job! You will definitely be pleased with their work!

This Business is awesome, My Ford Explorer had a wiring harness issue, rats decided to chew up some vital wires. Jeff that runs the collision side of the shop told me to take the car to Donny which is his lead tech there. They fixed the problem and fixed other things that were going to be a headache in the future. I will send everyone I talk to there. Thanks again guys, you truly are craftsman. Michael

As a mom, safety, being proactive & preventative are major key points for me. I bought myself a used car and the headlights were yellowed. I could still see at night but not as well as I should, and with all the night driving that I end up doing, good visibility is a must. I took my car in to Big Island Collision Center for their headlight restoration service. They saved me beaucoup-​bucks by not having to buy new headlight covers and now I can see so clearly that I am noticing all the cars driving around that have yellowed headlights! No pun intended, but it is a night and day difference. Thank you Big Island Collision Center for making my car safer on the road for my family and everyone else while I am on the road!

They were very honest with me about whether or not they could affordably help me with an auto body issue I was having and instead of swindling me out of money, they referred me to a competitor who was able to help me. We rely on BICC for all of our automotive needs. Duane’s team of perfectionists had no problem matching the paint on my 8 year old Lexus and with the addition of Donny, we get our mechanical problems fixed at the same time. Bring them your sad car and they will make it happy, again!

I have had the pleasure of taking my truck to Donnie at BICC for mechanic work which is a new service they provide. Not only was Donnie honest and easy to talk to, he continues to go above and beyond what’s asked of him. I almost hope something breaks so I have an excuse to go visit him. Almost. :)

Duane and his crew did a fantastic job! Someone had smashed my back passenger door all the way into the driver’s door. They fixed my car and the repairs gave it that «brand new» look! Made me feel like I was driving a brand new car… even the color was a perfect match! I’m one super happy camper :)

I have taken our vehicles BICC twice and have been very impressed with how straightforward and committed to quality the team has been. We had our old yellowing headlights brought back to a shiny clear in about 2 hours. Completely changed the visual appeal of the car as well as making it safer. The owner even took the time to drive me to work when I came in with the car and dropped the car back off when they were finished.
The other experience was an auto detail on my truck. After moving to the big island from Lanai there was a TON of red dirt in every vent, crack and corner. If you’ve ever tried to get rid of that stuff you know how difficult it can be but they did it!
