Everything positive about it’s staff and technicians is true; friendly and professional. Everything was very clean. For a neat fast oil change can’t go wrong. My car is very clean and they still took the extra time and attention to vacuum and clean the windows. What I liked was that the service tech in and out of my car was super clean. They wore clean gloves and all towels were clean.

This is just a great place. Honest, punctual, respectful, friendly and most of all, truly professional. Fast service, great communication. Nice people, great customer service. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for about seven years. Never a problem with services or prices. Don’t go anywhere else. This place is the best.

Best place for auto services on maui. AWSOME customer service. Friendly and professional mechanics, they went above and beyond to educate me on some other mechanical issues I had to address. They informed and referred me to a specialist. I must say that my experience today was the quickest oil change I have ever gotten done to my vehicle. Not only quick but I also felt confident. Unlike some of the other snobby shops around.

Good for oil change, no good for anything else. Took my Tacoma in to do the timing belt and water pump. Had less than 30,000 miles on them and water pump started leaking. Took it in to a mechanic and got stuck with a $ 1,200 bill due to a ripple effect of faulty parts, improper installment, and careless work. Highly recommended going somewhere else for more complicated jobs.

Had to downgrade my review do to questionable practices on my most recent visit. At least what I perceived as questionable. I took my car in for an oil change and asked for the tires to be rotated. The cost was $ 45 for the rotation. At checkout I was told the tires didn’t need rotating but I still was charged for it. I questioned the charge and was told «it also includes a break check too. Well I didn’t ask for my breaks to be checked. They took $ 22.50 off the charge after I asked for the charge to be taken off. Not acceptable since I didn’t ask for them to LOOK at my break pads. Seriously? I just had Midas across the street check my brakes the day before For Free! I paid the extra charge but won’t be back. I have 5 vehicles. I hope that extra $ 22.50 for spot checking my breaks made up for the loss off a customer.

Honest. Is there anything else you need to know about an auto repair business. Great family owned company. We take all our vehicles (we have three) there for their regularly scheduled oil changes.

These guys always do a great job at reasonable cost and quickly. They have taken care of all my vehicles for over a decade. Also I know they are not dumping waste oil. Make an appointment but they will work with walk ins too. Definitely worth driving in from Kihei!

I’ve been going here for almost 3 years now. Their service has been consistently excellent, and the staff are the friendliest on the island. Because I don’t know much about cars, it really puts my mind at ease having a place that I know won’t take advantage of me. Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle, brought it into the shop, and they were able to save me a lot of trouble in the future by telling me problems that the car had and how much it would cost in the future to fix it. Absolutely professional and efficent service ! The employees are very honest, they did not try and sell me anything I didnt need. Not only do they provide a quick oil change, they also vacuumed my interior and cleaned my windows!!!

I’ve taken many-​a-​vehicle here to have service done. There are no appointments available for oil changes, so it’s first come, first served. Go on your day off and get there early, like around 8am. Typical wait is usually between 30 mins to 2 hours.
FACILITY:
3 bays that can hold a total of 6 cars at any time. Normally only 2 bays are running with the other one for the sickest of cars it seems like. There’s a small, air conditioned waiting room with lots of windows that offer great views of the outside and service bay so you’re not just looking at walls.
SERVICE:
I’ve always had great service at the reception desk and from the mechanics.
REPAIRS:
The only issue I’ve had was that they couldn’t perform a full service on my old ’04 Lexus RX330 because some part was difficult to access due to the transmission design. Blame it on Toyota I guess.
OVERALL:
I personally haven’t been in since 2007 because of that repair issue (or lack thereof.) I figure I’d pay a little bit more at the dealer and get everything taken care of. If I had an older car with no warranty left, I’d bring it back here.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. The whole staff is awesome! We will never take our jeep anywhere else again. Great customer service from the girls in the front to the guys in the back. Super fair pricing and trustworthy people to deal with. After bad experiences at other shops on the island I’m so glad we found these guys.

This place is awesome. Super trustworthy and thorough. I have a really old truck and they went above and beyond to fix the fan belt. Very nice.

Good place to go for a quick oil change. They don’t pressure you into service but educate you on the next steps so you can plan your next service.

Best oil change place on Maui. I wish I had found it sooner. They are very helpful and don’t take advantage of you. They showed me their work and explained what was needed. I appreciated that as a woman who has had the wool pulled over her eyes one too many times in a mechanic shop. They are affordable and fast. Once I found Maui Oil Change & Tune Up, I never went anywhere else. Sadly I don’t live on Maui any more, and I have to say, finding a place comparable has not been easy.

We have taken our car here twice so far, once for an oil change/​engine flush and once to replace the alternator. Both times the service has been great, Irene the co-​owner works at the desk and really knows her stuff, will put it to you straight. They were able to get us a rebuilt alternator to save on the cost, which came with a 1 year guarantee and the labor rate was reasonable as well. Note that this is not just an oil-​change place, they do all kinds of auto service. Recommended!
