Wow. I went in excited to get a pedi, since I rarely do this for myself… and left wishing I hadn’t gone here. The older lady that did my pedi was rude and not compassionate at all. I mentioned wax and she said ya then never did it. At the end i said i was thinking about a design and she said too «late already». The UV light that was used for gel nail kept sliding and she scolded my for it sliding! Wth? Thats not my fault! Ugh.
Never again. Or maybe is was just her?

I came here with my girlfriends to get our nails done together and it took 3 hours for all of us to get done. We got pedicures and acrylic nails. They were way over booked and didn’t have enough nail technicians. Their only remedy for the long wait was to apologize and tell us they were understaffed. One nail tech even told my friend that she needed to smile because she had a long day too. Poor customer service and they should have offered a discount. We won’t return.

This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in for a mani/​pedi combo for the combo price of about $ 38, really reasonable! I came about an hour and half before closing and they told me I had to wait a half hour. I was concerned about their closing time and said that I would come back– nope, they insisted that I wait and that they would stay late. Okay by me! TERRIBLE MISTAKE.
Pedicure was rushed. Only half of every one of my toes ended up painted and the half that was painted looks awful. The polish is uneven on the bottom and all over my skin on one side and the other half isn’t painted at all.
Manicure took place during the pedicure on a pillow. on my lap… RED FLAG!
I will say this, the tech gave me an incredible massage but that is the only good comment I have. She then asked me if I had a color, I did– the same as on my toes. She asked if I want to «buff my nails,» which essentially will make them really shiny and last long, only a dollar more. I was skeptical, but agreed. Who doesn’t want their polish to last a week longer for only a dollar?! After she was done buffing she walked away, no color. I was then told that they don’t put color if they buff the nails and now that it was done they couldn’t paint them. As you can imagine I am NOT happy… I came in with naked nails with the intentions of leaving with them pained!
Go to cash out. The «buff» or lack of nail polish was a $ 6 UP CHARGE!!! $ 48 for TERRIBLE PEDICURE AND NAKED NAILS!!! I argued with the woman and told her I disagreed– she laughed and said «I heard you say yes.» Correct, you heard me agree to having longer lasting POLISH! She refused to remove the charge and told me that «I could leave now» after she handed me my receipt.
I will NEVER go back again except to hopefully get a refund!

i fly over to maui, from molokai, hawaii, to get a manicure and pedicure. they do a great job. i think they are «the best nail salon on maui». i give them 5 stars, but would give them 10’stars, if i could!

Another awesome experience at this nail salon. They were super busy, and I didn’t have an appointment — only waited 10 minutes to get in. Did a great job!

Terrible experience. Wish there was an option for no stars. My daughter and I went for pedicures. Bad customer service. Poor communication… neither technician spoke more than a few words to us. We were charged for services we did not receive, then rudely yelled at when we tried to question the bill (all of a sudden the technicians were able to talk!?!). To top it off, the paint jobs were sloppy and unprofessional. We could have done better at home. $ 68.00, plus tip, completely wasted.

They treat tourists like crap. And then, they take clients that came after you, before you. When you had already been sitting for 20 minutes. I was so excited to get my nails done here because I had some really overdue nails and was looking forward to it. Waited an extra 5 minutes after they took the two clients after me, and just left. I don’t understand why they treat people visiting from other areas like crap? We are spending money on the service that is provided. A smile would be nice, since I smiled at every single lady in there and got mugged. Nice way to end my trip.

This is the only salon I go to for eyebrow services! I highly recommend Tran. I did my nails here once and it was awesome. My nails stayed on amazingly and the man who did them was great, so for acrylics I recommend Young. The customer service is great, especially if you become a regular. I say give this salon a try!

I’ve had my nails done here a few times. This last gel manicure & pedicure was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The gel is too thin, my nails are chipping & breaking and the gel is uneven as there are bumps on my nails. Also after one week, the edges are lifting & peeling. $ 76.00 plus tip was a waste of money.

Horrible customer service and a very rude front desk man. I explained that I wanted to do my nails with my friends and it didn’t matter what kind. AFTER my friends were done, it was my turn. It defeated the purpose, so I said never mind. He then told me, in front of everyone, «sorry but I can’t read your mind, I don’t know what you want.» He was so rude and it made a bad situation worse.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with all the mixed reviews was seeing but I had a great experience and my nails turned out great. I got a gel mani and a deluxe spa pedi. The lady who did my nails was friendly and made friendly conversation which I appreciate. They also helped the men in my family by cleaning up their eyebrows. A service in which they were very happy with. I did have to wait 20 minutes but I didn’t mind.

I always come here to wax my eyebrows and get pedicures. But, I decided to get acrylic this time and I love my nails! My nail tech did a great job and took her time. She made sure I loved my nails and was happy with it. I didn’t make an appointment, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes which wasn’t so bad. My total was $ 45 because she used gel polish which lasts longer than regular nail polish. But, that was the cheapest I ever paid for these type of nails because other nail salons are more expensive. So, I’m definitely coming back when I need to fill my nails.

I’ve been here before, and it was ok. But this past experience warrants me to write a review.
So my mom-​In-​law-​to-​be and I had a girls day and decided to get my nails and her brows/​pedi done prior to our movie.
We made an appointment 1 hour prior to heading in. Still had to wait 10 minutes, which is fine, they were busy.
I had a tech named Angie do my french manicure. No introduction to her name (I found out from the sign-​in sheet) she just had me follow her.
I’m not sure if it’s her station, but the area was a little rough; nail clipper in a cup had leftover skin/​nail dust on it, and the chair was ripped under my legs so it kept scratching.
She had me soak my hands in cold soap water (couldn’t wait for the hot water to run?) then took out this Tylenol-​shaped bottle which had Vietnamese writing on it and applied this white stuff on my nails. A lotion, I guess? But it would’ve been nice to know what you were putting on me.
She does the usual: push and trim the cuticles, shape and file the nails. When she got to buffing them, the nail buffer she took out was so worn, when she would rotate it to find a side that had grain on it and buffed, pieces started to fall off.
She starts to paint the french tips on – one coat, dry. Second coat, dry. Shape with brush. Top coat with this thing called Gena Hoof Lacquer. I’ve never had this used before but ok… repeats same procedure for second hand.
Throughout this whole service, the only thing she asks me is if I’ve been here before. Nothing else. I mean, I’ve been to lots of other salons and they at least try to talk to you. Not this chick. I didn’t approach her either because she wore earphones through the whole service so that kind of gave me a «don’t bother me» vibe.
So our entire service consisted of grunts, okays and relax (she kept contorting my hand when she was shaping the tips… of which did NOT ask me how thin or thick I wanted the tips.)
I’m done in about 45 and am sent to the uv lights to dry. I start talking to another patron and accidentally nicked my pinky. My mother in law – who’s waiting because they said they couldn’t take her for a pedi after all– retrieves Angie and asks if she can fix it. Well, this lady was not happy. She made this horrible face and told me come here. She fixed it, but not without grumbling and scolding me to be careful after I apologized many times.
I’ve never felt so off by a nail tech before.
I work as an LMT and even if you have a shitty day, it’s not your customers fault. If there were classes for customer service, she needs to sign up ASAP. Other than service, the job was kind of shoddy – Polish on some sides and on one of my finger pads! Me thinks eek!

Love to come here to get a pedi. Every time i come i always leave happy. The nail techs are great. The past two times i came i had the same girl and she is great. Very gentle and she gives a great massage. She does cute nail art too. I love to show my toes off and tell them to come here. Prices are reasonable for a pedi. Staff is always friendly. I will be going back real soon for a new look for my toes. They also do great waxing.

Best pink and whites I’ve ever gotten anywhere. Have had 3 different techs here so far and every single one does a good job.

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. But maybe I got lucky. I got a very gentle lady. Tip: go at an odd time or you will have to wait.

Clean and always busy. Make an appointment and you still need to wait a few minutes but everyone is sooo nice and they do a really good job.

This place was your basic nail salon. It was close to where we were staying and they were able to fit a bunch of us in at the same time. There was 11 of us and everyone was happy with the service. Almost everyone got either nail art done on their toes or nails. After one person got it done almost everyone else followed. They all came out really cute.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The lady doing my pedicure was old as dirt and spent majority of the time looking around at other people WHILE she was working on me! My toenails look absolutely awful. Obviously, she can’t see very well so maybe that is why the paint job is horrible. The pedicure costs $ 33, but she charged me $ 46. Then they pretend they don’t know English when you ask them questions. Terrible!!! Do not go here!
ALSO, they re-​use the cotton balls that they take the polish off with! After they take the polish off of your toes, they put the cotton balls into ziploc bags to use again. Thank goodness I was the first customer of the day!!!
