I am a TREC licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector (#20 986) that provides detailed home inspections for a competitive price. Most of my clients are homebuyers who have a written contract on a home and are looking to gain knowledge about the overall condition of their potential home purchase. I will provide a detailed, state compliant report with pictures that covers the overall condition of a home. I will also walk you through the home at the end of the inspection, cover all deficiencies that I find, and answer any questions you may have about the property.

I also provide home inspections for builder warranties and pre-​sell inspections.

I am the sole owner and operator of Creed Home Inspections. I am a state licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector and a paid professional Fire Lieutenant for the City of Fort Worth Fire Department.

I have been performing home inspections for over 2 years and have been a firefighter for over 15 years.
