Bubbly Bounce specializes in providing clean, quality products, with the best possible service, at prices that are affordable. When we deliver your inflatable, the first thing we will do is go over some basic paperwork, discussing safety rules, pick-​up times, and payment. After working with you to determine the best placement of the inflatable, we put tarps down where the unit will installed. There is always enough tarp to allow for a place to remove or put on your shoes when getting on or off the unit. Next, we install the inflatable, securing it in place with 18″ stakes or 80 lbs water bags (preferably stakes because they’re more secure). Lastly, your inflatable will be thoroughly sanitized, and we will walk around the unit with you, explaining the operation and answering any questions that you might have to ensure that you are completely satisfied before we leave.

History

Established in 2012.

In 2004, our owner, Eric, started an inflatable rental company with just two bounce houses, working a full-​time job at night, and delivering the inflatable units on the weekends. After about a year of working non-​stop, Eric’s work schedule changed, and he had to start working during the day on the weekends. He was unable to continue to attend to business at that point, so he had to sell the company. Fast forward eight years, and Eric found himself with normal work schedule, working in the daytime, Monday through Friday. This was the perfect opportunity for him to take the knowledge and experience that he gained from owning an inflatable rental company in the past, and opening up shop again. Our official opening date was March 1, 2012, starting with just three inflatable units, 2 basic bounce houses, and one bounce house and slide combo unit. Since then, we have expanded to a total of eight units in 2015, and, thanks to our customers, we continue to grow by 2 – 4 units each year.

Meet the Manager

Manager

Sonya is the point of contact for all of our customers. When you make a reservation, you can expect to either speak with her to make the reservation, or if you made a reservation online, you can expect to hear from her to confirm the reservation and answer any questions that you might have. She is always courteous and polite on the phone, and she makes the reservation process as easy for the customer as it could be. In fact, we have had a number of customers tell us that the reason that they decided to do business with us was because Sonya made them feel so welcomed and at ease that doing business with us just seemed right. Sonya is also extremely knowledgeable in the inflatable industry and can help you with just about any concern that you can think of. On top of taking care of the business during the day, Sonya works very hard at schooling her two children, Montana and Libery. To sum it up, Sonya is the glue that holds us together. We are very happy that she is on our side!
