Manager

Rob Hamman serves as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness Florida. His resume includes representing and advising numerous investors looking to acquire investment properties, as well as sellers looking to divest of commercial properties.

He specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, vacant land, investment and NNN sales.

Rob’s Team just finished the site assemblage and acquisition of the former Panama Hattie’s Restaurant site on PGA Blvd, which consists of over 6 acres of land and 630+/- feet along the Intracoastal waterway. This site will be for a future mixed use development.

Rob’s desire for excellence, along with a strong determination to do what is right by the client, has garnered him exclusive representation with several national retailers with their expansions.

Rob also assists high net worth individuals looking to expand their portfolios.

He continues to be listed on the FDIC contractor preferred list of brokers to divest of properties.
