I have been taking my wife’s Nissan Quest and my little Ford Fiesta to Jupiter Auto spa since Derrick took over as manager here. On my own with no prompting, I followed him from the Eco-​lube down the street because of the excellent care he has always provided for us. Needless to say, he has continued to provide our cars with outstanding preventative and repair care at very competitive/​good prices. His whole team is friendly, courteous and excellent at what they do. The detailed free car wash and cleaning that is provided at the end of the maintenance/​repairs is the icing on the cake!

Dropped my car off at noon to have the interior detailed and the exterior washed and waxed. I was told which package would best suit my needs. They told me it would take 3 – 4 hours. I agreed. I called back 4 hours later since I hadn’t heard from them. Mark told me it would take another 1.5 hours. It would have been nice if they contacted ME to tell me it would be late. But no. I waited another 2 hours and walked over to check on my car. Mark was rude, told the cashier «I told her it would have been ready». The interior looked good, except the inside of the windshield still had several specks of dirt on it. When I drove away, I noticed that my side mirrors weren’t wiped down as well. When I finally got home after waiting 6 hours, I ran my hand across the hood and it still had dirt. I have no idea what they did in 6 hours, but I’ll never waste my time or money here again.

Place does a good job, but the wait is ridiculous. There is no reason whatsoever you should have to wait well over an hour to have your car washed on the inside and outside. The owner just had the nerve to raise all prices across the board 20% and the wait still happens. There were no additional employees added, just more profit for a greedy owner. You are best off subscribing to just the exterior package and get your car vacuumed as needed. Otherwise, you will never get out of there in under an hour.

Awful awful awful !! Charged us for 3 months service for auto spa that we cancelled would not refund us even though have been loyal for many many years! Would never recommend !! Awful customer service highly disappointed in another note damaged my brand new car (did get reimbursed but a process!) not even a one star rating but it made me put a star

Ouch… who knew my new car required synthetic oil… Oil change and car wash is now $ 80! But Jupiter Auto Spa does a great job and the car looks great. Other people must agree because it is always busy and the wait is a little long. I will keep coming back though because it’s pretty much the only time my car gets washed. Guess it’s worth the wait and the price.

Terrible all around. If you like a clean car and a job done well, do not take your car to Jupiter Auto Spa. I paid 29 dollars for a wash and dash treatment, the dash was done with a dirty rag, no tire shine, and wipe down was half complete. I ask the attendant to wipe the dash again, and he handed me a rag. Dirty rag of course. I just left, will not be back. Called the manager after leaving, it seems to happen often at this place. Go anywhere else in my opinion.

I really like Jupiter Auto Spa. I would definitely give it 5 stars if Arturo always detailed my car; he is fantastic! However, most of the time I run in quickly for a quick wash. The exterior is generally washed well, unfortunately the inside vacuuming and wiping down could be better. I continue to go there every change I get over any other place because I trust them and again, generally do a good job.

Jupiter Auto is close to my husband’s work and after being burned by our last car shop, we thought we’d give them a try. My husband took our car there for a quick oil change and was delighted to hear that they throw in a car wash as well.
The car wash was nothing special, but we appreciated it. We will definitely continue to bring our vehicles here.
