Dr Scuderi and his daughters taught students at Stanford University before coming to Jupiter to set up the premier self defense studio in Palm Beach County. Don’t be fooled by combined programs. You only need one system for self defense. This is the original cross fit program. Get fit while learning self defense. We have striking, grappling, throwing and self defense and weapons tactics. Gaetano Scuderi, MD S.

Business Owner

Dr. Guy is an internationally renowned orthopedic surgeon and researcher who has been treating patients for over 20 years. Additionally he educated students and medical professionals in Orthopaedic and spine surgery at Stanford University.

Following an incident as a young teen, Guy acquired skills in self defense. He started in a Karate school with Earl Monroe, a decorated veteran. Though Sensei Monroe held Black belts in Judo and Jiu-​Jitsu as well, Karate was most popular at the time. Sensei immediately saw the dedication in his new student and started teaching him Japanese Jiu-​Jitsu as well. Dr. Guy embraced many arts over the years, studying Boxing, Judo, Hwang Do, Kung-​fu, Tai Chi, Aikido and Kickboxing. While practicing Valetudo in 1993, he was surprised to see Royce Gracie, the son of Grandmaster Helio, easily defect a multitude of martial arts experts in every other discipline! He received his black belt Pedro Valente in 2006, and promoted to professor in 2014.
