We had a party of five today. Our car broke down on our way to a baseball game and we had to go to the repair shop. Luckily, they were able to fix our car while we went to the game. Inlet Cab picked us up at the shop and got us right to the stadium. The cab was sparkling clean and the service was exceptional. Once the game was over, we called again and were picked up within 15 mins. Our driver was friendly, helpful and extremely reliable. I would highly recommend this service.

On this date, driver did not show up. I called 15 past scheduled pick up. Dispatcher had no idea where driver was or what happened. He said he would call back. He didn’t. I called and left a message. He. Did not call back. Terrible service. We were relying on Inlet to get us to the airport in time. They failed and lost a customer.

Called for a cab and they never showed. When I called, they said they sent someone and the driver called me, yet I never got any missed calls, nor did I see a driver. Needless to say I had to call another cab service and was late to my event

EXCELLENT! I found myself unexpectedly w/​o my car, and decided to call a taxi. Located INLET CAB COMPANY through an online search. DEFINITELY THE RIGHT CHOICE! Immediate response, friendly and polite, clean vehicle. I felt totally safe and at ease. Owner operated companies always have the best service, and it is clear that Brian and his brother have put their hearts into building a good, reliable local taxi, event and airport transportation business for the Jupiter/​Tequesta and Palm Beach County area.
