Mr. Whitaker arrived unannounced more than ½ hour early for his appointment, entered our gated patio without permission and began his inspection by going into our enclosed storage area before I could get to the door. When I pointed out the fact that he was early and should have called, he became belligerent.
I asked him to sit on a patio sofa to talk and discuss unique features of our home. He refused and stated, «I don’t work for you.» Flustered, I just stood there. He asked if I wanted him to leave. When I said, «Yes,» he said, «It’s your loss,» and walked out the door.
