Attorney James P. Curry establishes the firm in beautiful Jupiter, Florida. The firm offers a range of civil litigation and business advisory services to individuals and businesses throughout the State of Florida.

— 2008, Washington, D.C.

The firm begins offering its services to individuals and businesses subject to the laws of the District of Columbia.

— 2014, Massachusetts

The firm further expands and offers its services to individuals and businesses subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney James P. Curry practices in all areas of the firm and has practiced law for a decade.

Education & Court Admissions

Attorney James P. Curry graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, Amherst College, and Andover.

Mr. Curry is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. At the federal level, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Curry is a member of the American Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and emeritus member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court. He previously has served as Chair of the Business Law Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and as a Special Prosecutor in the State Attorney’s Office in the 15^th
