We handle all types of employment related matters, including wrongful termination claims, whistleblower claims, wage and hour claims, hostile work environment and discrimination claims (based upon sex, national origin, race, color, age, disability and sexual orientation), retaliation claims, Family Medical Leave Act claims, breach of contract claims and all other matters of concern to employers and employees.

History

Established in 2007.

Our founder, Chris Copeland, is a former shareholder of one of Florida’s largest law firms. He decided in 2007 that he wanted to take his experience in representing fortune 500 companies in employment related matters and offer his services to both employers an employees in the community in which he was raised. Since then he has become a Circuit Civil Florida Supreme court certified mediator and has provided legal services to in excess of 300 clients and built a successful business in assiting those in need of competent legal representation and neutral mediation services.

Business Owner

Chris is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received his bachelors of arts degree in 1987, he continued at the University of Florida, college of law and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. Since 1992 he has been a practicing lawyer in Palm Beach County, Florida. He has conducted numerous trials and appeals and has concentrated his practice in the area of employment law.
