43 years in New England. Comes from New Hampshire. First restaurant was Caron’s in Salem MA. Worked for Monti forte’s restaurant is Salem, MA Brother’s Four in Nashua, Falmouth, and Saugus MA for 10 years. New England seafood is about the seafood not the sauce or breading.
