Charlie Forcucci is a graduate from the University of Florida with double majors in Finance & Marketing. After graduation he became an Investment Specialist obtaining Series 7 Securities Licensure. Growing up in a real estate family, Charlie was instrumental in creating one of the most successful real estate teams in South Florida. They have achieved the coveted «Legends Award» from Prudential Florida Realty, an award that represents the Top 1% of Realtors in the Nation.

Charlie Forcucci has represented Buyers and Sellers from across the spectrum. Modest condos to multi-​million dollar land parcels, he is well qualified in residential and commercial real estate. He is tenacious, pays meticulous attention to detail, and is level-​headed when it comes to negotiations and challenging situations.
