History

Established in 1993.

Opend nearly 20 years ago. Waterfront Ftiness Inc., Purchased by new owner Rick Opton in June 2005. At that time the club had barely 400 active members and was only days from closing its doors. Since purchasing the club Rick has invested over $ 200k to improve the facility and rebranded the club naming it Loggerhead Fitness. Rick has lived ans worked in Jupiter since 1992. Prior to owning Loggerhead Fitness Rick was a Senior Sales executive working in the technology sector. Rick got his start with health clubs when he sold, installed and trained nearly 200 club owners around the country on ClubRunner software – industry specific software designed just for health clubs.
