Incredible reception, outstanding devotion to customer service, dedicated employees, clean and well organized store! Only noticeable downfalls are that some pricing is on the high end and the rundown looking rental equipment is more expensive to rent than it would be to outright buy this equipment new.

When visitting this hardware store, I expected to find rows and rows of screws and pipes. I DID find these things, but unexpectedly found a myriad of different types of odds and ends for the home.
First, the staff is polite, but good luck getting someone to help you in a relatively fair amount of time. However, funny enough, if you ask a fellow customer (especially an older person), you’ll get all the help you need and then some, weird but very refreshing! You’ll make a friend in the mean time and be led all over the store shown all of your different options. Two out of the three times I’ve needed help while shopping there, I have had this experience.
Don’t let the untimely staff turn you though. They ARE very friendly and helpful, there just aren’t enough of them to respond most often.
The greatest part is that about this store, is that they not only have everything from screws and toilets, to laundry detergent and cleaning supplies; but, in addition to all they offer, almost ¹⁄₈ of the entire store is devoted to home decorations, candles, foo foo stuff, and all sorts of girlie home and gift items! So if you don’t feel like doing the DIY stuff and shopping, you still will find SOMETHING that will spark your interest and tug at your wallet, saying «Buy Me!»
I seriously have never been able to walk out of this store without something.
