GOTOENTERPRISE. Do not even waste your time, absolutely horrible service. I almost missed my appointment for surgery! I made a reservation on Friday afternoon hours before they closed to pick up the rental on the following Monday at 8am the time they open. While I was on my way over Monday morning I received a phone call from them at 7:57 am, 3 minutes prior to my pick up time, the lady confirmed my name and then asked if I could drive to another location that is 25 minutes away I told her no I cannot she then informed me that nobody will be at my pickup store for 30 minutes because it’s an appointment only location… That’s exactly what I made was an appointment so why was there no one there waiting for me? I asked if they’d be able to drop it off to my location and she told me no they cannot… I turned around and went back home. I got there at 8:35 once the employee opened shop he assured me he’d try to speed up the process to make up for lost time.(In no way was any of this his fault but rather the way the company is ran.) He told me all he’ll need from me is a DL and the card I’m paying with so I gave him the DL and my debit card. He then asked if if I was 25 I told him no like my reservation stated I am 21, he then informed me that due to their new policies they can’t accept my debit card because I’m under 25… It was now 8:45, He asked if I had any other means of payment I told him no I did not because nobody informed me & neither did the site that they don’t accept Debit cards. I then informed him that I don’t have time for this my appointment is in 20 minutes and I’d like to cancel my contract and reservation with them. I WILLBEUSINGENTERPRISENEXTTIME&EVERYTIME, I STRONGLYENCOURAGEYOUTODOTHESAME! I will be referring everyone to Enterprise from this day forth, I’ve never had any issues with Enterprise.
