Millan’s Fasting Retreat

Its very hard to put my experience into words because it is beyond words what Millan has done for me. The biggest gift that I got in return from being with Millan was the loss I had of Spiritual knowledge. She gave it back to me.
Before Millan, I was too proud to think that I needed God or even prayers to get out of the rut that I was in. I was over-​weight, I was headed to diabetes and a heart attack.
Before taking part in the retreat I lacked God, self-​confidence and I had the worst luck in my daily affairs ever. Millan has put me in a path to self-​preservatiion. From 327lbs in February 2015, I now weigh 282Lbs as of April 2015. That is 45 lbs loss in 9 weeks and all it took was to believe in one self and to end with a bang, at Millan’s retreat, Millan helped me loose my latest 13 lbs through her program. One of Millan’s retreats helped me loose 13lbs! Can you believe that? I don’t believe it yet. Its still hard to grasp. Maybe I need to write a better review after it hits me that it is true that I lost that many lbs.
