«Sorry, we are out of that.»
Pretty much sums up what I think of this place. The employees are super helpful and good guys, but it is beyond frustrating they can’t keep enough juices, coils, mods, etc., on hand. The other Aqueous stores in Kansas City are not like this one; they have plenty of everything in stock.

Every Time I walk in to this place it’s like stepping into a foggy back alley. My first experience here one worker told another he was a F&$cking retard (in front of me and other customers) because he made a little mistake. I should’ve stayed away then.
There is only one guy I prefer to talk to when I walk in he’s extremely professional but anyone else seems like there dad paid someone to give them a job! One day I walked in and they all had hover boards that they were skating around in the small shop.
I asked for a new top and the guy tried selling me a more expensive model. When I asked if it came in a different color than rainbow he told me if I bought this one that would help them to order the black ones. Now how would this help me if I wanted the black one… If I were the franchise owner I would watch my shop a bit closer because it just feels like a teen hangout rather than a business.

Stay away! When I walked in — there were like 10 – 15 teenagers all sitting around the place like this was their bar/​hangout. One of the kids sitting at the bar (who did not work there) spins around and says «What can we help you with?» I said «I just need filters.» So, he relayed that info to the guy behind the counter who said «What kind ya need?» I told him and he said «Yeah, we’re out of those right now but the guy is on his way, just stuck in traffic.» I told him not to worry about it and drove across town to a different place. BTW, the filters I needed are very common and for a place that has as many franchises as this — I would think they would always have a stock of them. Then again, if they allow teens to hang out and vape here all day maybe they run out of everything or it just goes missing.
