Specialties
We are a food truck so we are constantly on the move. We are a unique type of bbq in the sense that you’ll not often see the style in which we cook.
We are a small street vendor but our food is given great care and love in preparation. Look for us at farmers markets, tap rooms and other random places
We are known for our pulled pork, brisket, and chicken. We cure our own bacon, pancetta, ham and pastrami. We also cook many other things. Our menu changes weekly.
History
Established in 2014.
This business was rolled out to the public in 2014, but has been a small family thing for generations. I’ve cooked with my father since I could walk and he with his father.
We are called Iron Range BBQ because the style that we use is unique to that area and we wanted to pay homage to the old timers up there that brought it from the old country.
