Rob was extremely thorough, he took time in the beginning to understand the problem so he knew what he would be working with, and quoted me pretty accurately over the phone, even though it was less than half of the $ 1300 the dealership quoted me. The shop was flexible and conscientious, getting the car in and out in a way that would fit my schedule. They walked me through everything and pointed out all the parts, explaining everything along the way. There was an unexpected hiccup once the car was finished but Rob made sure to fix everything until I was 100% satisfied with the result. Very professional and skilled auto body, I trust them completely. They won’t try to hustle you and they’ll make sure the job is done right.

My Toyota Camry was in need of a power steering hose repair and the dealer quoted me a price of $ 384.00 to have it fixed. I thought this was pretty ridiculous for one hose so I started shopping around. I received several estimates and they were all north of $ 200. I stopped by this shop after hearing about it from a family member and I was very pleased. The receptionist was very friendly and they took the car back right away to check out the issue. I sat and waited in their lobby expecting another estimate for a few hundred dollars but was pleased when they told me I only needed a few clamps, the hose was fine! I couldn’t believe they were so honest with me, especially after they knew I was prepared to pay for a replacement hose. It’s hard to find a mechanic that will be honest with you today but I believe I have found that in Dan’s Automotive. Their prices on your typical oil change/​tire rotation are a little higher then the coupons you receive in the mail but I will gladly pay more knowing I can trust them. I feel that if I can trust them with the little items, when the big problems happen they will be my first call.
