If you’re an aficionado of cigars, this is the ONLY place for you. The next nearest good cigar store is located in Springfield. (Feericks also has a store on Maiden Lane here in Joplin). My husband is a weekly regular and is picky as hell, but he always finds something to appease his tastes. Pricing, considering the high quality product offered, is very good.
The liquor area has a fair selection of beverages at competitive prices. Bulk candy is readily available at very cheap prices.
Mikey, the Head Cigar Guy, is super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually browse the liquor and candy aisles while hubby is deciding. The other staff is also friendly — not in-​your-​face, jumping up and down type of friendly — but approachable and helpful. And pleasant when ringing your purchases up. When I’m shopping, I like to be left alone until and if I have a question. I buy alot more that way.

Really cool store. I don’t smoke cigarettes but this store has it all, including various hard to find cigars and specialty tobaccos. They have a good liquor selection at fair prices. Their candy stock is well supplied also, including bulk for resale or parties and events. They do candy orders over the phone for local businesses, which is handy if your business sells that sort of thing. The staff could be a little friendlier in my opinion but I’m guessing they’re used to a rougher clientele because of the type of business and neighborhood they operate in. I’m just used to a bit more «wow» in customer service. The store is also quite dark.
