What a great experience I recently had at Joplin Enterprise! TIM was the employee who assisted me and he couldn’t have been kinder. He was able to get me in and out of their busy office quickly and even upgraded me to a bigger, safer car for my one way trip to Kansas City Airport. I have never been treated so kindly by a car rental place and for that reason, Enterprise will be our «go to» place from now on. Thank you TIM and thank you Enterprise for such a pleasant experience!

The guys there are hilarious to work with. They always make sure the vehicle is up to your standard and expectations and are willing to make any changes. I rent personal and work cars through them and I always enjoy what I get.
When I was involved in a car accident in my personal SUV, they actually helped me buy a pre-​owned car AND paid for the rental to go view it in another state! Jake (manager) and gang are pretty stand up, straightforward gentlemen.
