History

Established in 1998.

Diversified Resources began operations in 1998 in order to fill the gap in small business financing… factoring, accounts receivable finance & purchase order funding.

Many businesses were obtaining purchase orders and contracts from larger companies but were unable to sustain the working capital to complete.

The small businesses that could deliver did very well. Those that didn’t were bankrupted or absorbed by larger companies.

By providing letters of credit, purchase order finance and advancing cash on accounts receivable or factoring all well run small businesses could complete and grow.

Our business is to help small & medium sized businesses succeed and grow while giving back to the communities they serve.

Not just factoring, finance and donating back to your local charities but to care and help on the ground when needed.

We work primarily in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas

Meet the Business Owner

Joel C.

Business Owner

Joel Clark was born in a small Western Oklahoma town.

His father a veterinarian, farmer & philosopher. His mother an english teacher, librarian and world traveler.

Growing up in Southeast Kansas he worked with farming, the veterinary practice and various endeavors. He enjoyed writing music, poetry and pondering life’s ironies.

A small cucumber farm was his first attempt at business which was started between his 6^th & 7^th Grades.

He spent several years in the automotive industry reaching some of the highest levels of certification.

Out of a want for freedom, diversity and a passion for local business he formed Diversified Resources.

The name was intended to illustrate the purpose.

Since that time Joel has had the opportunity to know not only many bankers and financiers around the world but the small business owners, workers and entrepreneurs that actually make things happen.

He’s also had the opportunity to work directly with many causes including the homeless.
