History
Established in 2008.
Earth&Sky Confections was opened in by husband and wife pastry chefs Christian Parks and Laura Koerth. After attending the French Pastry School in Chicago both went to work for one of the world’s largest corporate candy makers before deciding that the their passion was for crafting handmade artisan chocolate candies and confections.
Since 2008, chocolate bonbons, caramels, brittles and other confections have been painstakingly hand crafted in small batches to ensure that Earth&Sky customers receive the freshest, best quality product possible.
