History

Established in 2014.

I began in the constructions and remodeling business in 1978. My company specialized in the commercial side of construction and my company built churches, schools, shopping centers, car washes, horse arenas and many other commercial projects through 2007 when the recession hit and businesses were unable to raise capital for their business. I retired the business and worked together with a friend in the residential roofing business until 2014 when some opportunities came available in the garage floor business. Since then, we have successfully completed several remodeling projects that include removal and installation of hardwood floors, interior and exterior home painting, sheetrock repair and installation, installation of vinyl siding, installation of epoxy floor coatings and driveway resurfacing.

Business Owner

I am a former Marine (1965 – 1970) and Chief Warrant Officer/​pilot in the army (1971 – 1976). I worked as a sales manager for Piper Aircraft Company in California after leaving the army then later relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where I worked as Director of Far East Sales for B&B Chemical Company. My territory included all of Southeast Asia and was responsible for developing sales to the U.S. & foreign military along with major airlines for chemicals used in the aviation industry.

After working in the chemical industry for a time I decided to open my own construction business and have been in this industry since 1980.
