First thing to know — this is a chain fast-food place, so I’m basing review on other FF chains. This place wins, hands down. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Counter help was very friendly and helpful. Sandwich came out quicker than I expected but was perfectly done. The seating area was clean — something you don’t usually see in a FF place. I didn’t have a single complaint and will definitely go back when I’m in the area. Great job, Schlotzky

I enjoy lunch couple times a week here. Service has always been great and the food is always just how I ordered it. Nice alternative to the regular sub shops. Drive thru is efficient. They have a great pick two lunch special too! Soups are good. And love that sourdough bread.
