I have had Radioactive perform work on three different cars over a three year period. Every time the work has been top notch, in a timely manner. The people that work there are knowledgable and friendly, and if you get there early enough, you might score a doughnut.
I will continue to patronize this business.

If I could give someone ZERO stars I would. Took my car here to get some dashboard speakers installed. Easy enough right? I drop the car off at 9 AM, they called me for pickup around 3. Long time right? So I get back up there to pick up my car, test the speakers out and what do I see? My silver trim is peeling off… Definitely was NOT in that condition when I dropped it off. The man I spoke with stated that it must have happened while my car was sitting outside. For five hours. Yes. They installed the speakers and «forgot» to call me until three. So for that time the air freshener that had been knocked over was seeping into my car and peeling the trim. The man who gave me my car back informed me that I would need to speak with the manager about what the next steps should be. Long story short. STEVE stated that he would not pay (even though its their fault) because I shouldn’t have bought that air freshener. I will NEVER return back and am in the process of telling everyone I know to avoid this place.
